Dear ISNS Faculty and Staff,
Welcome to the ISNS family! It is a great pleasure to have you on board as a member of the faculty. I am very excited about embarking on this journey of educating children with each of you. I look forward to us getting to know one another, to building warm and caring relationships along the way, and to creating a professional environment of which everyone is enthusiastic to be a part. Teachers are by far the biggest asset that a school has. Your care for and dedication to students is what makes a school great. The work that you do is invaluable and will have an impact, in ways you may never know, for years to come. We have an important job ahead as we carry on the traditions of ISNS and continue to build upon the rigorous academic program and nurturing learning environment that ISNS has provided in the past. The recently adopted International Baccalaureate program is one of the most highly regarded educational systems in the world and will help us to ensure a solid academic foundation for our students as well as a complete framework for helping them develop as whole individuals. As we look to the future, I hope we can create a school like no other, thinking beyond the boundaries of education as we have known it. I hope we can work together as a highly cohesive team to achieve what we could not otherwise achieve as individuals. I hope we can tap into our collective imagination and discover new pathways for learning and student growth. I hope we can discover the latest in technology and digital teaching tools to engage our learners and open up new worlds for them to explore. The future holds many amazing possibilities and it is for us to step into that future with grand expectations.
