General Affairs Office
For maintenance and repairs, you fill out the Maintenance Request e-form. You can also call or email the GA team to report problems during school hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The GA team is located in room R103 on the first floor of the Residence building.

Residence Maintenance Office
For emergency maintenance or repairs after hours (5:00pm until 10:00pm) or on weekends, you should contact our maintenance staff directly:

If you cannot contact the maintenance staff and it as an item that needs repair immediately (such as a water leak), please contact the security guards at the front gate.
Security Office
There is 24-hour security on campus. Security guards are posted at the main gates and will often do rounds. There are also surveillance cameras throughout the campus.
For emergency security issues please contact the security guards at 0755-2641-7163 or the Security Team Leader at 138-2659-8759. The emergency number in China is 119.
Academic Office
For help with translation or general issues you may contact the Academic Office at 0755- 2645-4992.
For emergencies after hours you may contact the Head of the Academic Office at 186-5111-5322 or the Head of School at 159-1414-1622.
Operations Administrative Office
For assistance with overnight visitors, security guards, government regulations, parking and other issues you to call or email the Operations Administrative office. The Administrative team can be reached by emailing them at Admin.Office@isnsz.com. They are available in room R107 during the working hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.

IT Department
For IT issues in the residence such as WIFI connection or ID card access, you can call 0755-2653-0609 or email (it.helpdesk@isnsz.com) the IT department. They are available during school hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Nursing Station
Nursing service is provided by Vista Clinic on the first floor of the Early Years building. You can call 0755-8671-7714 or visit the nursing station during working hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm. For after-hours medical emergencies please contact the guard station or call 120. Note: It is best to have a translation app readily available in case there is no one who speaks English to help in an emergency.
